US Green Card Lottery DV 2006 details announced

Today has seen details of the Green Card Lottery DV 2006 being announced. The main points to note about the new program are as follows:

1. The Program is unchanged from last year. You can only apply online and natives of the same Countries as last year are ineligible to apply.
2. The entry period for the DV-2006 Green Card Lottery is from mid-day US Eastern Standard Time Friday, November 5, 2004 to mid-day US Eastern Standard Time Friday, January 7, 2005.
