There are no significant changes to waiting times for applications made to Work Permits UK. Customers should allow for the following periods:
- Leave to Remain Applications - 13 weeks from the date of application;
- Work Permit Applications - you can expect a decision within 5 working days if you have provided all the required information;
- Highly Skilled Migrant Programme - allow up to 26 weeks from the date of applications;
- Worker registration Scheme - up to 3 weeks from the date of application.
