About Workpermit.com
Workpermit.com (formerly known as BCL Immigration Services) is an internet pioneer who have been online since 1995. Workpermit.com has a long and successful track record and has been in the immigration business since 1988. Workpermit.com is currently a partnership and employs both consultants and lawyers around the World to provide specialist services to clients.
Consultation services
The fees for a consultation are non-refundable. However, in most cases should you instruct us further Workpermit.com will credit the fees received for the consultation towards the cost of the fees for your application for a work permit or visa. In addition, if you choose to instruct us in a full application on your behalf we will normally give you a no win/no fee guarantee in respect of our fees.
For the price of the consultation you may receive one of the following:
- Including the initial response form you may send a maximum of two e-mail enquiries.
- You may have two telephone consultations limited to a total of half an hour.
- You may have one appointment in a Workpermit.com office for a maximum of half an hour.
Workpermit.com tries to be flexible and if you prefer we will normally provide a different combination of the above. For example, many people would prefer to have an initial e-mail consultation followed by a short verbal consultation. If you genuinely wish to proceed with an application a consultant will usually be prepared to spend additional time discussing your case with you without charging any additional fees for this.
Other Services
We will provide the service you have requested to the best of our ability. Unless otherwise stated the fees for this are non-refundable.
Residents of the European Union
Please note that if you are resident in the European Union then an additional 17.5% will be added to our fees to cover UK Government VAT payments. For your records please be advised that the Workpermit.com VAT registration number is 452 5145 64.
If in agreement with the above terms please go back and complete the online payment form so that we can respond fully to your enquiry. An experienced Workpermit.com consultant will provide a full response within two working days of you making the payment.
If you would prefer to make credit card payments by fax please download the credit card form in Acrobat format and fax this to +44 (0)845 127 4394. We can also accept payment by bank transfer or by post.
