Do I qualify for Permanent Residence (ILR)?

I have been on a Tier 2 visa/work permit (or more than one visa), or a combination of a Tier 1 visa/HSMP and a Tier 2 visa/work permit continously for a period of 4 years and eleven months.

If currently on a Tier 2 visa/work permit I can obtain a letter confirming that my employer wishes to continue to employ me. If on a Tier 1 visa/HSMP I can confirm that I have been working in a professional or management level job.

I have had lawful status throughout the 4 year and eleven month period.

I have spent most of my time in the UK over 4 years and eleven months or my absences abroad have been for business reasons. Please note that if you have spent much more than twelve months outside the UK over five years your application may be more difficult.

I confirm that I have passed the Life in the UK test or will be taking the test very soon.
