What Data and Documents do I need to get a UK Work Permit?
The documents necessary will depend on a number of factors, such as whether or not you have applied for other work permits in the past (if your last application was more than 4 years ago, you will be treated as if you have not obtained permits in the past), and whether or not the candidate being transferred within an international group of companies.
