Fee Schedule for UK Immigration

All fees quoted are professional fees excluding VAT, and exclude disbursements such as government fees, courier fees etc. Thus VAT and disbursements should be added to the figures quoted below

Tier 1 – (General) – Highly Skilled Migrant

A) 'Document Check: Application & copy document check (online service), with issues report £299

B) 'Document Check plus' as above, but with re-check, and 30 minute phone discussion of identified issues £499

C) 'Online Application' Fully represented application (online service with 3 'by appointment' phone discussions of up to 30 minutes), £699

D) Fully Represented Application from abroad £999. Includes

• a. Full analysis of strengths and weaknesses
• b. Proposals for remedying any weaknesses
• c. Prompt updates when there is a case development
• d. Chasing the Authorities if the processing time becomes unusually long
• e. Includes phone support from your advisor if/when reasonably required. Does not include daily updates or unlimited contact, for this use the gold service>

E) Fully Represented application in the UK £999 (£750 if switching from a workpermit.com represented Tier 1 post study work visa). Includes all services as detailed for (D)

F) Fully Represented extension application £899 (£699 for clients who used workpermit.com for their original Tier 1 application. Includes all services as detailed for (D)

G) Surcharge in respect of claiming points based on non-PAYE income £350

H) 'Gold Service' application £1999, includes

A) Sponsor License: Pre-application audit & report (includes 1/2 day at the client site if within the M25 – travel surcharge if outside the M25)

• b. For a company with International operations, or affiliates, requiring Tier 2 'Intra Group Transfer' accreditation as well as Tier 2 (General) £2,500. This cost is higher because of the need to assess the overseas entities and the relationship between them and the UK

B) Sponsor License: Report detailing required changes and proposing new processes to allow compliance where an initial wp.com pre-application audit has identified non-trivial barriers to a successful application (inc 1/2 day implementation help at the client site) £1,500 (a travel surcharge applies if outside the M25)

C) Sponsor License: Assistance with on-line application and follow up letter with supporting documents:

• a. For a company that is entirely UK based £1,000
• b. For a company with International operations, or affiliates, requiring Tier 2 'Intra Group Transfer' accreditation as well as Tier 2 (General) £1,500. This cost is higher because of the need to cover the overseas entities and their relationship with the UK

D) Attending a client's offices for a Home Office sponsor licensing unit meeting £1,500 (£500 for a pre-issue meeting where the client has had a pre-application audit by workpermit.com, and has rectified any identified issues)

E) Certificate of Sponsorship issue where wp.com is set up as a user on behalf of the client:

• a. Tier 2 (general): £550
• b. Tier 2 (Intra group transfer): £450
• c. Surcharge where a new client contract is involved: £125
• d. Resolution of client contract issues. This is not immigration advice, and may be charged at an hourly rate

F) Sponsored employee change of personal details by wp.com where wp.com is set up as a user on behalf of the client: £99
